Currently serving as the Chief Human Capital Officer at OMRAN group ( leading Tourism Development Company in Oman) , he is responsible for directing the development and management of the organization’s human capital, implementing a robust human resources strategy to align with OMRAN Group’s overall business plan and strategic direction.

With nearly a decade of experience, Hilal has held various key roles within the Human Capital function during his tenure at Takatuf. He has successfully contributed to succession planning, talent management, change management, and organizational performance improvement initiatives.
