Sanjay has over 22 years’ experience both within Organization Development and Human Capital consulting as well as successful track-record as a corporate Human Resources line executive within Middle East.
Sanjay is currently managing diverse client portfolios across Oil & Gas, Retail, Financial Services and family-owned businesses. Sanjay has held several leadership roles in Ernst & Young as well as in Kornferry Hay Group (formerly Hay Group).
Sanjay has successfully led and executed projects in the areas of organization development, digital transformation,competency modeling, performance management, HR Business Process Re-engineering, operating model/organization structuring design, executive rewards, compensation and benefit designing and surveys, talent management, assessment / development centers and job evaluation.
Sanjay’s skills include Organization design principles; Rightsizing approaches; Designing HR Architecture & Business Process Reengineering; Total Rewards Management; LTI design and administration, Performance Management; HR Analytics, and HRMS/ HRIT Expertise.
Sanjay has managed several SMART HR Digitalization projects for diversified multinational businesses as well as Oil & Gas companies. Sanjay has recently led major projects to develop and implement Digital Transformation road-map for the Human Resources Functions. During the course of these initiatives, some of key outcomes were improvement in Employee experience delivered through smart Digital HR services as well as improved efficiencies and effectiveness of the HR function.
Sanjay advices various Boards of Directors for large corporates on implementation of Total Rewards – LTI programs for Executive retention. He has lead several design and implementation projects providing Equity plans for senior leadership team.
Sanjay is a Post-Graduate in Business Administration from Australia and Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering. He holds life-memberships at World at Work as well as Society of HR Management, USA.
