Rami Busbait has over 23 years of professional experience and is currently working as the head of HR in Sales, Trading and Supply Planning (ST&SP), Saudi Aramco.

He is a panel member in SHRM Special Expertise Panel and also a member of the Advisory Board of the Human Capital Club in Prince Sultan University. He is a certified SHRM-CP and PHRi from both Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). Rami has a bachelor degree in Management Information System and a master degree in Information Technology. He is a certified Career Counselor by both NCDA and IAEVG and a certified change management agent by Prosci on the ADKAR method.
