Omar AlAmmary is the Chief Shared Services Officer at Medgulf Saudi Arabia, leading the overall strategic initiatives in the company with regards to the human capital agenda while securing critical milestones for the company, with more than 22 years of experience in technology and communications, FMCG, and office automation industries.

Before joining Medgulf Saudi Arabia, Omar assumed the role of General Manager-Shared Services at Sunbulah Group, overseeing the shared services at the group, including HR, Legal, QAHSE, and PR and Corporate Communications. Before that, Omar was the Chief HR Transformation Advisor at multiple government and private entities, leading HR initiatives and partnering with consultants to implement best practices within the organizations. Omar also served as Vice President of Musaed El Seif Group, where he led the HR strategy for the group. Prior to that, He has led the HR transformation journey at Aljomaih Bottling Company, overseeing all HR activities and ensuring the delivery of all critical projects. He established a world-class mentorship program for future leaders at the company, securing a sustainable internal pipeline for candidates. Previously, Omar was a Marketing Manager at Hoshan, a company that has become one of the leading integrated workplace solutions providers in Saudi Arabia.
