Noora is a graduate of the Future UAE Government Leaders Program and holds a Master Degree in General Management from the Canadian University in Dubai, and a Bachelor Degree in Finance from the American University in Dubai. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS), and holds other professional qualifications in the area of Corporate Governance and Risk Management.
