Dr. Lina Abu Baker, Executive Director of the Arab Women Authority, leading the Women development Programs across the Arab Region. Dr.Lina is a graduate from the Canadian University of Dubai, School of Business Administration where she led a panel on Women Leadership skills, considered one of the top experts of her generation on the future of women work. She uses her education and skills to help other women set ambitious financial goals and build a sustainable career. Dr.Lina has a rich corporate career of 10 years in the field of Human Resources Management and People & Culture Management, heading teams in both small startups and also in international organizations, regional and multinational companies. Dr. Lina’s Doctorate research has been published in many academic platforms highlighting and championing the research of Performance Appraisal and its direct relation with building a sustainable organizational culture that values Compensation and Benefit measures.

Dr. Lina is an International Speaker who has participated in multiple local and international Workshops and Seminars and she holds an international accreditation in Training and Development from Amazon Middle East for her experience in delivering corporate learning. She is also a certified life coach from the Knowledge Authority in Dubai. Dr. Lina is an active woman in the field of empowering women in business and is passionate about integrating and empowering women by up-skilling their capabilities as senior employees, businesswomen, wives, mothers and educators of the future generation.
