Fadeel AlFahoum has worked for over a decade with various governmental authorities in the UAE in their HR departments on a federal and emirate level. He also brings with him extensive years of experience in training on HR, innovation, strategy and SHRM certification preparation. He is also a speaker at various HR conferences around the region. Fadeel holds a Masters in HRM from Middlesex University and is a SHRM-SCP certified.

His additional related work experiences include:

• Working on developing the UAE government HR Enablers KPIs through a joint team between the Prime Minister’s office and FAHR.
• Working on developing Dubai Government HR performance Management System.
• Developing the HR strategies and KPIs for different public and private organizations within the Middle East.
