Currently assistant professor in Human Resource Management.

Works as a consultant in Human Resource Management, and previously worked in public, private, and Non-profit sectors.

Author and co-author of four books which include: “Dictionary of Human Resource”, “Training and Human Resource Development Principles and Applications.”   

Participated in some national projects such as: Measuring and raising employees’ productivity in the Saudi economy, 2017.
