Tahmina Qodiri is a distinguished international HR and communications guru with over 18 years of executive experience in four dynamic markets including Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Russia.

Tahmina is famous for her innovative approach to Human Resources Management – she was among the first enthusiasts in the region to introduce Marketing HR, Employer Branding, TechHR, Life Learning, Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion practices. Tahmina gave numerous speeches and lectured other professionals on how to adapt those successful practices.

Tahmina believes that HR professionals should adapt the best practices from the most rapidly developing industries such as IT, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Generative AI and more rather then stick to traditional HR instruments. She is certified reinvention practitioner and certified Ericson International coach (ACC ICF).

For the last five years Tahmina has been heading the People office at Beeline Kazakhstan – leading telecommunications operator and one of the biggest IT-companies in the country with ~6000 employees. Tahmina’s endeavors have led the company to become one of the most attractive employees in the market and the most attractive in telecommunications.

Moreover, Tahmina is an executive committee member and active contributor to various professional communities including Association of HR Managers of Kazakhstan, EUROBAK (European Business Association of Kazakhstan, HR Chapter), RNS HR club (platform where HR professionals exchange first-hand industry experience on a monthly basis).
