Sharon Benson is an accomplished Human Resources Director with extensive experience in leading large-scale organisational transformations.As the HR Director at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare (LPCH), she spearheads HR strategy during its transition to a standalone business. Her role is pivotal in supporting LPCH’s mission of delivering critical patient care services, especially in oncology, while ensuring the business attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Prior to LPCH, Sharon held senior HR roles at Sunrise Senior Living UK, where she supported a significant divestment, and other notable companies such as Edison Young People, Studio Retail, and the Co-operative Group.
