Sachin Shenoy, is a sector-agnostic HR leader who comes 21 years of work experience with a passion for Talent Acquisition. He has been in leadership roles for the last 15 years and has managed HR across 40 odd countries.

Having spent the first 15 years of his career in India, he worked with companies like HCL, Hinduja Global, Satyam, ICICI Prudential and Narayana Health. His last role in India was with Go Airlines as Global Head of talent Acquisition.

In the last 6 years in the UAE he has managed 32 countries in the MENA, South Asia, CIS and the SEA regions, sometimes setting up business teams from scratch, which included the CEO/GM, CFO, and the sales teams in most of these countries. He currently heads the Talent Acquisition for the Americana Restaurants business.

He has a master’s degree in Commerce with Dual Specialization in Personnel Management and Industrial relations from Karnataka University. He also has 2 MDPs from ISB Hyderabad and MDI Gurgaon.
