At Savvy Games Group, Rami serves as the Vice President of Talent Management, where he is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies that reinforce organization’s commitment to fostering a culture of excellence.

Prior to this role, during his tenure at Aramco as Head of HR in Sales, Trading and Supply Planning (ST&SP), he played a pivotal role in establishing a comprehensive Talent Management infrastructure that has become integral to employee development and retention.

With more than 2 decades of experience in strategic leadership and transformation, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive impactful change and contribute to the long-term success of organizations.

He is a panel member in SHRM Special Expertise Panel and a member of the Advisory Board of the Human Capital Club in Prince Sultan University. He is a certified SHRM-CP and PHRi from both Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

Rami has a bachelor’s degree in management information system and a master’s degree in information technology. He is a certified Career Counselor by both NCDA and IAEVG and a certified change management agent by Prosci on the ADKAR method.
