She is part of the Knowledge Advisory team at SHRM India focused on helping clients achieve their business objectives through effective consultation and project management support. Over the last decade, she has worked extensively in the area of Learning and Organizational Development in organizations such as Adobe, Evalueserve and Wipro. A passionate facilitator, she has facilitated more than 300 virtual learning sessions and over 5000 hours of class-room learning on a variety of topics. She is a certified SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory), Saville Wave and Hogan practitioner. A Vipassana meditator and a trekking enthusiast on the side, draws tremendous inspiration from the mountains.
