Mr. Mussad is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Takamol Company in charge of growing local talents through business and series of development programs that will help to achieve Takamol vision. He is responsible for the strategic development for senior management, leading recruitment, retention and expanding its corporate culture as the company ramps up for significant growth in the Saudi market.

Mr. Mussad has 16 years of experience. He has worked with Elm information security, Dale Carnegie International, Northrop Grumman, Bank AlBilad and Saudi Exports. With different roles and responsibilities, Mr. Mussad has worked in the talent and Human Resources field, brought expertise in diversity, reward and recognition, talent acquisition management, organizational and professional development to help organization’s grow and thrive. Proven success implementing best practices in leader’s development initiatives that have produced highly skilled team members where they achieved desired results.

Mr. Mussad has participated heavily in establishing Takamol and its subsidisers. Each subsidiary has its own strategy, customers, products, and targeted segment of employees. Takamol and its subsidiaries are now profitable and selfsustained organizations.
