She has demonstrated her capabilities in various organisational settings, including large multinational corporations, public-listed companies, and local conglomerates.

She is an accomplished leader and a passionate coach, instrumental in transforming and fortifying HR & business teams while nurturing critical talent pool & succession pipeline, including C-suite executives. With her progressive mindset, she developed strategies, introducing best practices and reshaping talent management, learning and leadership interventions to enhance competence and engagement.
