Mr. Holmes’ career spans over 30 years and six countries (as a resident), where he has undertaken organizational consulting projects across a range of geographies and industries including: industrial, consumer and healthcare.

In his current role he is responsible for Middle East, Africa & Turkey, overseeing eight offices and the full spectrum of consulting services of Korn Ferry.

Prior to his current position (from 2011) he was the Managing Director for Korn Ferry’s Korean business.

Prior to his current position, he was the office managing director for Korn Ferry’s Seoul office. Previously he was a consultant with Carré, Orban & Partners which merged with Korn Ferry in 1993.

He has served as a resident consultant in India, Russia, Singapore and South Korea, as the Managing Director, Russia he successfully made Korn Ferry a leading consulting firm in the Russian and CIS markets.

His industries experience includes industrial and consumer.

Mr. Holmes holds a bachelor’s degree of science (with honours) in geology jointly offered by the University of Greenwich and the University of North London. He is a British citizen. He has managed the firm’s offices in Mumbai and New Delhi for three years as country cead of India. After that he a Market Sector for ASEAN from Singapore before moving to Seoul.
