James brings over 25 years of experience in leading the design and implementation of complex global and EMEIA HR and business transformation programmes within financial services and other sectors.
He has worked with many of the world’s leading organisations and supported the development of mid-size, high growth firms. As a digital HR and learning specialist he brings expertise in skills, capabilities, operating model and shared service design and technology.
He has experience across all aspects of People Consulting including pre and post-merger M&A and restructuring, learning and skills development, strategic workforce planning, change and organisation design
His areas of expertise include People strategy design and implementation, HR and business technology assessment, selection and implementation, recruitment & learning optimisation, shared service design and implementation, M&A, outsourcing, employee relations, culture and behavioural change and implementation, organisational design, and implementation.
He holds Postgraduate Education in International Human Resources from Kingston University London and M&A Executive Education from Imperial Business College, London
