Fatima Alloghani is a leading expert in Emiratisation strategy and implementation with over 18 years of experience in various industries. Her expertise extends to supporting the UAE Government’s Emiratisation strategy, contributing to the country’s long-term success by providing exciting job opportunities for UAE nationals and developing their skills. Previously, Fatima played a pivotal role in the national talent strategy and programs at Expo 2020 Dubai, where she ensured the integration of UAE national talent before, during, and after the first-ever World Expo in the region. Currently working with Majid Al Futtaim Group on a mission to hire 3000 UAE nationals in the next 5 years. She is responsible for crafting strategies, developing employer branding, and creating programs that attract, engage, and develop the right UAE nationals for businesses.

Fatima’s career journey includes working with renowned organizations such as Schlumberger Oil and Gas Services, Dubai World- Nakheel, Etihad Airways, Total ABK Academy, Abu Dhabi Terminals, and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.

Her academic accomplishments include completing the Wharton Executive Education’s Dubai Leadership Programme and earning a master’s degree in global HR management from the University of Liverpool in 2015. Currently, she is pursuing a doctorate with the University of Strathclyde Business School, on social impact within the context of UAE nationals’ engagement and building a lasting legacy.

Fatima’s contributions have been recognized through the “Making an Impact on Nationalization” award at the GCC GOV HR in 2019, Top Gulf Influencive Voices in LinkedIn 2020 and served as a brand ambassador for youth empowerment in the region on the GOV Youth Summit 2020 Advisory Board and Strathclyde Business School.
