Esraa took on the role of CHRO at Tonomus.NEOM in the year 2023 – to lead a strategic transformation in the tech world through people excellence. In her capacity as Chief Human Resources Officer, Esraa Alsharief works on aligning TONOMUS’ talent agenda to its business strategy by assessing teams and recruiting executive talent.

Esraa is an award-winning HR executive with over 15 years of experience across various industries such as banking, real estate, educational, tourism and retail under different sectors (private, publicly listed, governmental and multi-national sectors) where she has played a vital role in creating multiple successful stories through leading organizational transformations and change management initiatives. This also allowed her to be a strong strategist, with very high level of agility and managing different complexities.

Previously she was working as the Chief People Officer in IKEA Saudi & Bahrain – making her the first and youngest female to ever be in top management within the organization.

Esraa is a certified coach focusing on career development, leadership and well-being awareness for executives, female leaders, and the young generation (Gen-Z) to become the best version of themselves.
