Dr. Salima Hamouche, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP

Dr. Salima Hamouche is a Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). She graduated from the University of Montreal (PhD) and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières (Canada).

Dr. Salima has a strong academic background and practical experience in HRM and employee’s mental health and well-being at work. Besides her academic experience, she has extensive corporate experience as an HR consultant and HR director in small and large organizations, including multinational companies.

She has also served for several years on the boards of directors as an administrator and vice president in Canada. Her research interests are centered on HRM, AI in HR, employees’ well-being, and corporate happiness.

She has contributed significantly to these fields through numerous publications and active involvement in initiatives aimed at advancing HRM practices, integrating AI into HR, and promoting workplace well-being.
