Ayalla leads strategic processes in local and global companies in Israel and around the world, helping leaders and employees develop the abilities and skills which are crucial for success in the new reality we are all facing now.

In the past 20 years, Ayalla was involved and led strategic processes in various industries such as Financial Services, Professional Services, Health Services. Currently, Ayalla is leading the project ‘Becoming the Engineer of the 21st Century’. The main goals of this project are to identify the most important skills of the engineer of the future, to measure the readiness of engineers to the 4th industrial revolution, and to support engineers in the upskilling process.

Based on more than 20 years of experience, together with her team, Ayalla developed the 5Lands™ model -a roadmap of the journey that each leader and employee have to go through in order to acquire the most important skills for success and develop a winning value proposition in a fast-changing world. Together with her team, Ayalla also created a set of measurement tools to help organizations and leaders to assess their readiness for the new era of the workplace.
