Areej Al Shaibani is currently the Senior Proficient Organizational Planning- Omantel. She is a keynote Speaker in international conferences in HR, Change management and digital transformation Previously worked as Director of Human Resource Development at the Information Technology Authority- Oman. She is a great motivator who promotes learning and development culture which helps create a positive culture in the organization.

She used to work in Innovation and Creativity towards building capacity and she is professionally certified in Talent Management and Employee Engagement, as well as Strategic Planning Development and Strategic Performance Management. Areej also holds a certificate for Career Development and Certified Succession Planning from the George Washington University in the UK 2015.

Areej holds master’s degree in Management and Entrepreneurship (Subtitle: The impact of Artificial Intelligence on HRD) from Cranfield University-UK 2022. Areej has been an active member of the Change Management Committee and the OSHRM, while leading the Human Resources Development projects and providing consultancy to government entities. She has been an expert in Return on Investment since 2013 and is an expert in motivational and engagement programs.
