Abdulrahman Alsheail is the Director of Human Resources at The Institute of Public Administration (IPA) in Saudi Arabia. He is currently responsible for most HR functions at the IPA, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, HR operations, internal communication, L&D, and OD. He is currently leading the HR transformation at the IPA to convert the organization from falling under the purview of the Civil Service to the Saudi Labor Law to increase operational efficiency. Before being the Director of Human Resources, he worked as the Director of Human Resources Development where he established the King Salman Program for HR development. Before that, he worked as the Recruitment Officer at the English language Center at the IPA, where he was assigned to recruit ESL teachers from the USA, the UK, and South Africa to work at the IPA. He also worked as the Director of International Partnerships at the IPA, where he played a crucial role in developing partnerships between the IPA and international organizations worldwide. Abdulrahman earned an MA in Adult Education from California State University, Chico. He is certified in psychometric assessments, return on investment, coaching, and compensation & benefits.
