H.E. Faisal Saeed Binbuti Al Mheiri

His Excellency Faisal Saeed Binbuti AL Mheiri holds the position of Director General of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources.

His Excellency has held several leadership positions, the most recent being the Executive Director of the Central Corporate Services Sector at the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs. Throughout his career, he has contributed to strategic and vital initiatives in the development and enhancement of human capital, particularly those related to restructuring, formulating and updating HR policies and legislation, conducting benchmarking studies, improving the work environment, crisis management, leading work teams, measuring productivity, and institutional development and support.

Al Mheiri has over 20 years of experience in human resources, as well as strategic and operational support services across government and semi-government sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Systems Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from American University of Sharjah.

H.E. Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al-Falasi

One of the UAE’s young leaders, his practical experience spans nearly 25 years in various sectors with a number of government agencies at the local level in the Emirate of Dubai.

He graduated from Dubai Police Academy in 1994 and worked as a supervisor in the scholarship program for various academic levels, which provided Dubai Police with many young competencies, and served as Director of HR Department Planning in 2004, working on the development of HR management mechanisms and promoting technical transformation using the Government›s GRP system, after which he served as Deputy Director of the Directorate General of HR at Dubai Police in 2007. He was also appointed as Vice-Chairman of the Dubai Police Regulatory Structures Committee from 2007 to 2010.

H.E. then moved to the non-governmental sector by working for Nakheel Properties as Executive Director of Corporate Services from 2010 to 2017.

H.E. led many innovative projects in the fields of leadership, strategic planning, and government agenda, supervised the HR Accelerator Laboratory, which has produced important positive results on the process of localization of jobs, and strengthened the status of the human element in the UAE. This is in addition to chairing the Dubai Future Council on Talent, which is part of the Dubai Future Councils, with the purpose of launching quality initiatives aimed at developing solutions to challenges at the national and international levels, and many other projects and initiatives that enhance the status of the human element and open up broad horizons for UAE cadres, since H.E. took over as Director General of DGHR Department in November 2017. This is in addition to Chairman of board of trustees of Mohammed Bin Rashid school of government

At the community level, H.E. is the Vice Chairman of board of trustees of Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian & Charity

Establishment and Deputy Director-General of the Dubai-based Dar al-Bar Charity and continues to hold this position.

In 1994, H.E. received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Dubai Police Academy.
