He has successfully led, designed, and executed various Human Resources Transformation and Organizational Design Projects – Including restructuring, rightsizing, HR technology implementation & process automation, job redesign, competency framework, job description, job evaluation, business continuity planning, merger & acquisition HR due diligence.
