Hanan is an experienced executive with over 15 years of experience in the consulting industry, specializing in strategy, culture transformation, change management, and leadership development. Known for a pragmatic approach, she has successfully led transformative projects that drive measurable results for clients across diverse sectors. Passionate about advancing the Vision 2030 transformation agenda, Hanan fosters innovation and collaboration, empowering teams to navigate change and achieve excellence. A sought-after speaker, she shares insights on effective leadership and strategic implementation, inspiring audiences to embrace practical solutions for complex challenges. Hanan holds a BA in Business, a MA in Organinzational Sciences and currently purpuing her PhD in Organizational Behavior. She is committed to continuous life-long learning and growth.

As a board member and chief human resources officer (CHRO) at Confidential, Abdul leads the HR strategy and transformation for a large and diversified group of companies. He has over eight years of experience in senior HR roles, overseeing HR integration on mergers and acquisitions, joint venture formation, policies and procedures, rewards and performance, organization development, strategic workforce planning, and HR business partnership.

He is a certified board director by GCC Board Directors Institute (GCC BDI) a board member, member and chair nomination and remuneration committees. Roberto Croci is currently the Director of Value Creation & Transformation at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) in Riyadh-KSA. Prior to this role, he was the Managing Director of Microsoft for Startups in the MEA region with a vision to drive innovation and develop market-defining ideas in the Middle East. He previously served as Regional Head, Google Marketing Platforms – EMEA Emerging Markets (Middle East, Turkey, Israel, Russia, Africa), having started in Google Milan & London (6 months each), then promoted and transferred to Paris & Singapore and then to Dubai. He has been Awarded and Nominated twice by Google for “Best Coaching Manager” and “Best Googler Inspiring Hero” in 2018 and 2016, respectively.

He is also an active conference speaker and panelist, especially around VC Investing and MENA Growth. He regularly speaks at prominent universities and within local school systems. Roberto is passionate about mentoring young people and helping them develop an entrepreneurial mindset to find solutions to problems they see in their community, country, or across the globe.

In his personal world, Roberto enjoys reading hardcover books, hiking, running, and spending time with his family, and he has summited K2, the second-highest mountain in the world.

Zsolt drives the growth of Hogan’s direct marketing and thought leadership campaigns across the globe, and he is also responsible for strategic planning and growth in Hogan’s global business channel.

Working with key global partners, distributors, and multinational consulting companies to integrate Hogan’s solutions into current business offerings, Zsolt also explores new alliance relationships in unrepresented geographies.

He is also an expert in client assessment systems consulting, business development, and marketing and supply channel optimization. Sultan is a highly dynamic leader with over 19 years of experience in both domestic and multinational settings. His career has been distinguished by a focus on Local and Regional HR. Sultan has been recognized multiple times as of the Top HR Leaders in the Middle East.

Currently, Sultan is leading a major global Healthcare Transformation initiative at Health Holding Company. His efforts are aligned with the 2030 Vision, focusing on migrating Healthcare workforce and implementing core, value-adding HR practices. This includes overseeing large-scale systems changes, Capability Development, HR Transformation etc.

Faisal is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial, semi government, and energy sectors. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, change management, leadership development, governance and policies, and organizational effectiveness.

Faisal took on several leadership roles in his professional career including Chief Human Resources Officer of Saudi British Bank (SABB), Chief Executive Officer of the Financial Skills Centre within the Ministry of Finance (MOF), and Chief People, Culture Officer, of ACWA Power since Nov 2022 responsible for Human Capital, Culture and Organizational Health, and Internal Communication.

In addition, he now serves as a board member and an independent member in the Board of Directors’ Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC) of several Saudi Entities including Saudi Airlines, STC Bahrain, National Water Company, Local Content and Government Procurement Authority, and the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites, and a few companies under the Public Investment Fund (PIF).
