Vivek has managed organizations with over 35,000 employees across various diversities and cultures. In his previous assignment, Vivek was instrumental in getting his organization awarded as the Best place to work in Singapore. He is a MBA from GMU Italy and PGDBM from Cambridge International Qualifications and has been a recipient of various awards and accolades

Yamen has over 15+ years of experience in the HR field within a variety of industries ranging from hospitality, specialty retail and entertainment to e-commerce, learning, and leadership development. Yamen works as an HR and business consultant helping SMEs and startups in securing seed funding for their businesses and   establishing   their HR functions. He also provides HR consulting services to large organizations and MNEs. He was also the Head of HR for Majid Al Futtaim Leisure & Entertainment where he led multicultural teams across the GCC, Levant and Africa. Yamen is SHRM-SCP certified, a SHRM faculty and holds an Associate Degree in Hospitality Management from the College of Hospitality Science. He studied Applied Psychology at the University of Middlesex Dubai and is currently pursuing a double major in Business Administration and Human Resource Management.
