Undoubtedly it has been the most difficult year for businesses to navigate through – and HR was amidst it all if not at the forefront. It is said that 2020 can be described as a roller coaster for HR professionals: they were faced with constant expectations from them to adapt to change, support their workforce and take some challenging decisions as they navigated these uncharted waters. Yet, we still have a steep learning curve ahead of us and we need to be agile more than ever to face the unexpected.
In line with our mission, SHRM NxT 2020 was created to provide a platform for the HR community to come together virtually and reflect on the lessons learned from this past year and share some insights and perspectives as we all prepare for 2021.
