Ahmed has previously held senior roles at leading organisations, driving key initiatives to optimise HR strategy and talent development. 

A Senior Certified Professional (SCP) by SHRM, Ahmed is focused on nurturing a positive workplace culture, while strategically attracting and retaining top talent to support CBI’s continued growth and development. 

He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration – Human Resource Management, and has completed executive programmes at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and Columbia Engineering, with a focus on leading through disruption and transformational HR.
